Booking software for Singapore wedding vendors

Your bookings deserve better than a Google Sheet.

KahwinKoncept runs the sale, the contract, PayNow and the receipt in one place, for Singapore wedding vendors.

You start a sale

Sound familiar?

You check a spreadsheet for the date. You chase payment screenshots. And the invoice never gets sent.

See how it works

What slips through, and how we fix it

Nobody checks the amount. The PayNow QR carries the exact amount and reference, and each payment waits for you to confirm it.

The couple never gets an invoice or receipt. The invoice goes out at booking, and every payment gets its own receipt.

You can't see what is still owed. Each booking shows what was paid, what is left and when it is due.

One booking, start to finish

  1. You start a sale. Pick the package and the price.
  2. The couple fills in their details. On their own phone, from a QR or a link.
  3. They sign the contract. You keep the PDF and a signing record.
  4. They pay by PayNow. Straight to your account, amount already filled in.
  5. You confirm the payment. The booking shows what is paid and what is left.
  6. They get a receipt. Numbered, in your name.

Made for every kind of wedding business

  • Photographers and videographers. Set out your packages, then add extras like a second shooter or a same-day edit.
  • Bridal studios, make-up and mak andam. Book each bride on her own payment plan, and keep trial and fitting notes on the booking.
  • Pelamin, stage and decor. Attach the floor plan, and let your crew see their jobs without seeing the amounts.
  • Catering. Ask for the headcount and event details on your booking form, and set payments by date.
  • Venues. See every event on one calendar, with two events on one day flagged.
  • Photobooths. Take a booking at a wedding show with a QR code, and collect the deposit on the spot.
  • Hantaran, gifts and door gifts. Sell set packages with extras, and send a proper invoice for every order.
  • Entertainment. Book each performance with a contract the couple signs from a link.
  • Wedding planners. Keep each couple's contract, payments and notes on one booking.
  • Any other wedding service. If you sell it for a wedding, you can set your own packages and prices.

Your couples see your name.

No app and no account. Each couple gets one page with your name on it: what they booked, what they have paid, and their invoice and receipts.

Questions vendors ask

What is KahwinKoncept?

KahwinKoncept is a booking system for Singapore wedding vendors. It takes the sale, the contract, the PayNow payment and the receipt, and keeps them on one booking.

Does the money go through you?

No. Couples pay you directly by PayNow, to your UEN or mobile number. The platform never holds your money.

Do my couples need an app?

No. There is no app and no account for couples. They use a link or a QR code from you.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. Owners can download bookings, payments and a document list as a spreadsheet file that opens in Excel, any time. Each download covers up to a year of dates, so for longer, download one year after another. CSV export is switched on in your settings.

What if I am GST-registered?

Tell us when you set up. Tax invoices are not ready yet, so bookings stay off for GST-registered businesses until they are.

Who can see my couples' details?

You and the team members you add. You can limit crew to their assigned bookings, with amounts hidden. AstraRays, which runs the service, can reach this data and uses it only to run and support the service.

Is it a CRM?

It keeps every couple, booking, contract and payment in one place, so it works as a simple CRM for a wedding business.

How much does it cost?

KahwinKoncept costs S$50 a month, with every feature included and no commission on bookings.

Can I send couples an invoice with a PayNow QR?

Yes. The invoice goes out at booking, and the PayNow QR carries the exact amount and reference. Couples pay straight to your account and get a receipt once you confirm.
